Since I had not heard anything about the part for my furnace and no one was responding to my call backs I called the company and demanded to speak to the owner.
He came on and I was not very nice to him but I did keep my cool and told him what I thought about his company and asked him why hadn't I heard anything about the part for my furnace.
This part also has something to do with the air conditioner.
He explained that the dispatcher was no longer there and he was so sorry and would look into this as he didn't know anything about it.
He called back and hour later and said the part was in and he would have someone out here later today.
I will never do business with this company again.

Companies that give you the run around are not worthy of getting my business. I would look for another to suit my needs.

@Marcyaz our landlord is responsible for the heating system. Still have a bill from them for the repairs on it. Contesting that one.

I don't think that the bill should have been given to you as it is the landlord's responsibility to pay that.

It sounds like your part requirement wasn't communicated, but it is very good that the company is able to accommodate you with the part and have it out on the same day. I wouldn't change companies for that, someone dropped the ball, but in the end you are compensated by fast service.

fortunately the repairman was here and now things are working again. Shall I ask him if he has your bicycle part?
