My fellow Mylotters, I'm happy to report that my right elbow is feeling better. It doesn't hurt when I bend it. I can forego the couch pillows tonight, since I won't be needing them anymore. These 6 weeks were a long one to heal. No more bruises or pain. On a lighter note, I can slowly progress into home practice again for Pilates and Yoga next week, before I can restart those classes after my 8-month break from last year. And I plan to do it in 2-3 weeks from here. I might do so swimming at my gym next week in the heated pool after my water aerobics class in the morning. On the flip side, I weigh 115 pounds and need to gain 5-10 pounds between now and mid-June for my physical bloodwork and physical with my doctor.

@KristenH Apparently potato crisps have a lot of calories. And double malted milkshakes are good too.

I am happy that your elbow is feeling much better and that you are now able to be more mobile to do what you want. Being injured always sucks especially when the weather is nice out and you want to do activities and you can't and you sit there having to watch others do fun stuff.

I hope you manage to gain the weight you need to - most of us have the opposite problem. Glad you've healed ok.

Amazing how difficult it is to do something once you are injured. When you finally can use it, we tend to over work it. Try not to over do. Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do. Less stressful on the joints. That doesn't give you a lot of time to gain that much weight. I am struggling to lose some. Wish I could transfer some to you.

Thanks for the offer. That what's my neurologist said last year, when I had no longer back lower back pain.
