Slept late because of this

I don't know why but I seemed to have develop a meticulous way of peeling moringa leaves from it's stem. Usually, i just remove it by pulling the leaves down altogether, but instead I remove them one by one. Because of this, it takes me two hours or more to get it done. I did this last night and took me longer than that because I kept having naps in between. I was done but it was already three in the morning

OMG, you're removing the moringa leaves from the stem one by one? For us here, we are only pulling the leaves together and not one by one. We can consume many hours to do it.

Because I don't like the stem @ida123 hanging when i cook the moringa. maybe next time I will just pull them out altogether, it's just annoyed to chew them when there's huge stem attach to them.

@cacay1 I had a huge stalk taken down...wished i could jsut take it from the tree, but it's hard because of the ants living there and infesting the place.

Hello @allen0187 I eat them. Either with soup, or add it with some viands or make a shake out of it. it's the only vegetable available to me that's seemed abundant.
