Sometimes the Mind Goes Blank :)

We may jump into insanity for a tidbit. Some may not come out of it but for those who do. They should God and Jesus for helping them through. We should think and take a few moments before answering questions. Once we've said it. We can not take it back. Thinking is very important.
A lot of times the mind goes blank through anger. When one is angry they tend to lose logical thinking. The mouth moves faster than the brain. Once they've calmed down. They realize that their words spoken made a mess. The brain goes on overload trying to process all of the actions that caused the mouth to run and the brain to freeze. Thinking!

I agree taking the time to think things through is important. Deep breaths may help.

You are certainly right in that respect as I have seen many people today who have put their mouths in gear before their brains.

I am guilty of that sometimes (or often!), then I would be so sorry for uttering such words which could hurt or could put me in a bad light. I d it every time I found out somebody abused someone or had done wrong to another person.
