Does Ugly Exist?

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But that is just a pretty way of saying it depends on the perception of the one looking. It is an opinion. What i find attractive another may not. There is a whole website devoted to people posting pics of ugly people. So ugly must exist...it just depends on the beholder if that person is truly ugly.
