My friend Carol called me and asked me to come by her house to see the item she had bought and we could have some coffee and banana bread. This was bought at a garage sale and Carol said she got it at a great price. She orginally was going to send me a picture but decided she would be staying at home instead of going out so called me to let me know. I thought this was really a nice item for her but it is not something for me. What do you think of it?

I love furniture like this. However, this is way too dark for me. There was a time when I would have jumped to the chance to own a piece like this. Now that I am cramped for space I would have to pass on it.

@Marcyaz I prefer furniture that is functional. Looks like it would take up more space and offer little display or storage space.

I do not like the white panels but otherwise it looks very nice and if it matches something she already has then she must be well pleased.

that's a beautiful piece of furniture, but I couldn't use it in my small apartment.

I don't like black furniture, it looks like its painted wood, I'm not a fan of that, but if she is happy with it then that is great.

It is nice. I would rather has a lighter color but maybe she likes darker furniture.
