What's for dinner? June 1

What's everyone having for dinner tonight? I want to know! I am making Pasta Pomodoro which is a chunky olive oil and tomato sauce with pieces of proscuitto in it. I will serve that over linguine and with homemade eggplant parmesan that I already have made and thawed from the freezer. Yum yum yum. I'm also making homemade garlic knots because I just don't seem to have enough to do this evening. (that is sarcasm right there) That's what's going on the table here. What's happening in YOUR house?

We are calling for delivery. Either italian or Chinese. If italian I will get pasta with chicken and penne sauce and if Chinese I will get shrimp with lobster sauce and shrimp with fried rice.

We went to all you can eat pancakes this morning, so we still weren't all that hungry. We raided the munchie food and had frozen chicken nuggets.

On our table and my favorite or one of mine.Rigatoni with sauce and egg plant.Never get enough of eggplant. Salad.
