When I opened the rice cooker this morning, I found some rice left over. I am thinking what am I going to do, there is no onion and small dried fish in the basket. I may make fry rice lo. A quick idea come, get 2 small banana and cut into piece I make banana porridge, the banana taste more sweet before cooked. Add some favor too. Sometime the rice get smell over night due to water attached to the lid and we throw away. Overnight rice can be keep in container and put in freeze. If there any sunlight, I put under the sun for few days. After being dry I fry them and take out and mixed with sugar. Nice too How you treat your rice that left over night. Do share you story and your advice. How we can prevent this left over rice or food.

I usually fry left over rice. That is fried rice in a butter. It smells good and taste good also. Sometimes I mix it with egg, and sliced sausages.

My mother hates to use overnight rice, though I like them for fried rice. She says that she will get wind in her stomach if she eats the overnight rice.

Most elderly people like that. They just like to cook enough rice and left little over night. But young people are different and get hungry at mid night lo. I can't sleep if my stomach start playing drums.esp MyLot in the mid night

Banana porridge and sun-dried rice are new ideas to me... I usually just put the left over rice in a container and put it in the refrigerator to be fried the next day...

Leftover rice... I simply fry it the following day. Thus breakfast with fried rice and coffee.
