The ways to stop negative thinking

The negative thinking makes one devoid of good relations and friends and finally make you remain in isolation. This is a habit that can be challenged and changed with the help of knowledge, behavior and strategy. If we know the cause of our negative thinking we can change it to positive one which earns high and good rewards for us. The following are the ways to stop negative thinking;
write down your negative thoughts;
The best way is to write down your negative thoughts as and when they come without giving any logical interpretations. Put them in words. The next step will be to review them as to what made their source? Is it correct to give it importance in the light of the prevailing situation practically? Once you are capable of
analyzing the reason it is half done. You are on the way to getting positive thinking.
Thinking Extreme is another tool for negative thinking. Analyze everything with reference to a given situation. Do not go by past experience and apply it to every situation. Just lose the knot for a while and it helps you develop positive thinking.
Develop a consistent sleeping cycle. It keeps your thought in perfect balance with your body system. Taking sleep at an appropriate time consistently keep your emotions in perfect balance with your thinking and for taking right decisions with positive thinking.
Deal with facts but not mind-reading
This is the situation that wants you to take the things on hand instead of what other was thinking or expecting from your saying. Do not think 'what will be the answer from the other person' but see how the answer is.

Write negative thoughts on paper n then burnt them or flushed them in cupboard
