No need to worry to carry shampoo bottles while travelling, there is no risk of leak or the empty plastic sachet may not be harm for environment. Shampoo balls are in the market soon, A boy of 16 years old Benjamin stern invented these Shampoo balls. These balls are available in different fragrances like cherry blossom and Sandle wood and without fragrance also. These balls are wrapped with bio degradable plant based material. This shampoo balls melt easily when rinse the ball with water.

Shampoo balls hmm, that's a great invention to lessen plastic use from shampoo sachet. But it's not yet available here I guess.

I have never heard of those shampoo balls, but it is a nice idea. I think that they would be convenient if you travel a lot. By the way thanks for the PM. I am glad that you had a nice time in the US. I hope that you will get the chance to visit more places next time.
