Gone Are the Days

When I was younger, I ate and drink everything unhealthy, and nothing happened to me afterwards. I also sleep very late at night many times and seemed I was fine when I woke up.
But now, even if I only drink and eat a little of unhealthy foods, especially junk foods, after a while my head is aching and my heart beats so fast. My body reacted negatively.
So I'm very careful on what to eat and drink. Good thing I take nutritional supplements daily.
How about you?

@Macarrosel I do agree on that. That's the reason why I prefer to eat slow food.

You should start to be very careful in your food intake while still young.

We must do it now before it's too late. Eating and drinking healthy must be our priority.

Same thing with me if I do eat junk food, my stomach hurts, and my heart is beating fast. It's like an alergic reaction. I gave up junk food long ago because it's very unhealthy. I do my best to stay healthy and just eat food that's best for my body.

I tried to stay away from junk foods but sometimes my youngest daughter would buy junk food and shared it with me which I can't refuse sometimes.

I take a multivitamin. I also eat healthier than I did in my younger years. Today I was thinking about how bad my diet was 35 years ago. Now that I am older I understand the need to eat healthier foods.

Yes, it's only now that we realize how unhealthy the foods we were eating when we're young. We must be very careful then.

For me eat what you desire to eat, but know yourself and your health, eat less and not often
For me coffee, chocolate, tomato and bun and bread I like, but taking too much and daily caused acidic influx in stomach make cough due the itchy throat.
So I just drink less lo, let the body can except.
I don't eat food and fruit contain yeast, without yeast we cannot say it is bread lo, too much yeast food in the body cause yeast infection[itchiness in the body and parts]
And I don't eat too much instant noodle, I boiled and wash and boiled again with salt and some sauce,
The best food is found in your garden and kitchen lo, plant your food

sadly but thankfully, we begin to think about the good and bed effects of eating the right food and practicing good healthy lifestyles once we are in young adulthood.

I'm still eating these but once in a while, I also regulate my intake, especially those sweets and carbs.
I have read that they will add taxes to these junk foods soon.

@Macarrosel yes. That is to promote health, increase revenue/taxes and maybe to regulate the consumption of these...

It is not that your body does not react negatively when you eat junk food when you were young.
Many ailments take a long time to build up, so the bad habits of the youth will only cause problem when they are older.
They say that diabetes and cancers take about 20 or 30 years to build up.
