Because of the long summer vacation, I have developed a habit of sleeping late and even waking up late. One week more and happy days will be gone. Since the opening of classes will be on next Monday and kids are ready for school, I have to change my body clock. Same thing with my kids. I have told them that its time to change the sleeping habit. have you done the same thing because of a long vacation?

Ya I have and sometimes get the scolding from my mother for the same. She is like "Study" and I'm like "What shall I study?" We both then end up laughing.

Mothers and children seem to be like that most of the times.

Here school has just let out for the summer so the kids here will be able to sleep in longer and stay up later.

Ir can be tough changing your body clock when you've settled in to a more comfortable pattern.

@cherigucchi Here all the schools re-opened last week. But then,we are not directly affected as we are only grand parents and the children are not here always.
