Herbs for sleep and Relaxation

Modern sleep aid prescriptions have downside effect, side effects, limited access and prohibitive costs.Hence, people are turning to herbs. There are herbs that work wonderfully as aids for sleep and relaxation. The list is as follows;

Lemon Balm

I usually only sleep 4-5 hours a night. I wear a CPAP mask at night and it is hard for me to sleep. Every 5 weeks I also get an emergency pager for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It depends on how bad it is for work that week and the calls after hours, but sometimes (example: last night), I slept 3 hours.
