Effexor Withdrawal is Over!

It seems like the worst of it is finally over! I've been coming down on the dosage of my anti-depressant medication, Effexor for the past two weeks and it has been pure hell. I've had racing thoughts and severe anxiety. The anxiety has been so bad I've been having daily panic attacks which have lasted for hours at times! My idiot of a case manager told me in the middle of one that “You can't call someone just because you're afraid!” Thankfully my friends (both here and in real life) talked sense into me after that one. Things are calming down now and I'm feeling much better. Still a bit of anxiety but I will survive.
