Preparing oatmeal

Oatmeal is the best food that you should be eating for it has got more fiber, low cholesterol and nicely prevents the spiking blood sugar. One should also know cooking oatmeal when you stay alone at home and need some good item for eating.
Banana Nut Oatmeal
Here we use some good dose of cinnamon for nice flavor without added flavors. The banana adds natural sweetness and fiber and the Omega-3s from the walnuts help burning more fat.

I like to have oatmeal for breakfast. I like to add bananas in my oatmeal.It gives a very good taste...

I like oatmeal. When I eat it I put banana on top and pour milk on it and then read ot eat it. I also put sugar on it.
