When we start our career, we hardly think of earning to much as our core concentration stays on our urge to satisfy the seniors, we simply want to prove that we are the best. Then once we start getting numerous job calls, we think to switch to jump on a new scale of salary.
These days, when I have worked for more than seven years in this company, I really feel to switch sometimes, yet I cannot because something pulls me down. It is the comfort zone where I am fitted.

Actually your way of thinking is so unique, you are just like an explorer who is experience the life and all up to you own. Frankly speaking I am so admire at your free mind and free action to switch jobs. I cannot switch to often because I have to earn money.
