How difficult is it to switch your job?

June 8, 2016 5:55am CST
When we start our career, we hardly think of earning to much as our core concentration stays on our urge to satisfy the seniors, we simply want to prove that we are the best. Then once we start getting numerous job calls, we think to switch to jump on a new scale of salary. These days, when I have worked for more than seven years in this company, I really feel to switch sometimes, yet I cannot because something pulls me down. It is the comfort zone where I am fitted.

I switch jobs very often. I like to see the world in this way. Every industry has a kind of culture, and the people think alike. Sometimes going from one industry to another is like entering a new country.

@Simonsum Switching jobs often do not mean you have to lose money. You just have to get new jobs before you switch, but then you must learn the art of getting a job and impressing the interviewer.
