This Week's Special Recipe-Dump Cake

Our recipe for the week is dump cake made with blueberries, yellow cake mix and lemon-lime soda. I've heard of dump cakes but never tried one and using soda pop sounded interesting.
Right now it is cooling so we haven't had an opportunity to try it yet. I did notice there are some spots of dry cake mix on the top. Not that it is going to hurt anything.
My grandson is still here and will be until tomorrow. Right now he's playing Minecraft on the XBox One.
We had thought of making Shepherd's pie but decided against it until I can find a recipe that makes a smaller portion than what we did find. I also don't do lamb so we'll substitute ground beef.

Ground lamb is rather hard to find. I still want to try it but all the recipes made far more than we need.

There are a lot of dump cake recipes online. This is the one we used:
