The skin is the most EXPANSIVE organ in the body. Every one of us tries to keep it clean, attractive and beautiful through believing the Ads on T.V or taking clues and tips of a beautician who always differ in their statement and sticking to one is a more difficult task.It becomes difficult to differentiate between myth and reality. Some of the myth is ;
Sunscreens should be applied only when you go out in summer does not mean you should not apply it when you are staying in. Actually, there are two type of U.V. rays which we have to protect ourselves from. When we stay indoors, the UVB rays are blocked by walls. But, the UVA rays are still there to become vulnerable and are responsible for ageing, wrinkles, and skin cancer. On a cloudy day, we are safe from UVB rays but need protection from UVA rays and you need a sunscreen of minimum 20-30 SPF.

Actually there are studies that show we should apply sunscreen before we use the computer.
Apparently the computer monitor (especially the older desktop version) emits harmful ray that hurt our skin.
I think to be on the safe side, we should apply sunscreen before using the computer.
