Some people get thick hair by birth and some will have thin hair. Getting a thick hair overcoming the hurdles of nature is not possible. The Thickness of hair always will be governed diet, environment, and to the stress one of subjected to which are all can be tackled easily making small changes. The strategies to get thick hair are many which shall be followed for the growth of thick hair Avoid chemical based shampoo, conditioner, and styling products Most of the hair products will have chemicals. Though they are effective in cleansing your hair they cause damage more to your hair in affecting their thickness.The constant usage of these products limits the growth of hair in the long run. Do not wash your hair every day Use essential Oils as per the texture of your hair Treat your hair gently to decrease hair loss Avoid heat styling tools Allow your hair to grow in natural environment try volumizing technique for fuller appearance Get your hair cut at least once in two months employing cut at the ends of your hair Change your lifestyle and dietary habits Eat well-balanced food Protect your hair from pollution due to air and water Massage your scalp regularly Examine your stress level and take appropriate steps in consultation with a doctor Avoid using instant hair thickeners unless the situation calls for such usage.

I have thick curly hair and when it is time to get a haircut it gets very bushy.
