Do you have/had any obsessions?

.... Or strange habits or strange likes or dislikes which you think aren't the norm? Or maybe there was a strange phase you went through? Did you? Thinking about it, I did go through a weird phase. I was in my early to mid teens. Not a child exactly and still not an adult. I was obsessed with two things. First was the boy King of Egypt, Tutankhamen. It wasn't a weird thing though. Many were/are fascinated by his life, death and the mystery surrounding it. The second obsession was weird though. I was obsessed with the words "mew" and "meow" to the point that I will sometimes answer in meow. When my friends were scribbling little hearts around their names and crushes, I was literally filling my notebook writing "meow" all over the place. Whenever I bought a new pen/pencil. Guess what word I wrote first to check if it's working or not? LOL! Yep "meow" I will trace it in the dust and the condensation on cold things like bottles, glasses, etc... It became so bad that my bro started calling me "Kitty" and teased me relentlessly. I still write "meow" when I check if the pen is working or not. But it's not bad anymore. LOL! (Photo by Pixabay)
