No Help for Mental Health

In a world where people are killing each other, committing mass murder, blowing things up and putting public health and safety at risk, someone was turned away from a mental facility for an insurance problem. A person I heard of wanted to sign himself in to a mental hospital ward. The hospital turned him away because he did not have the right kind of insurance. I don't think this person is dangerous, but how do you know he won't be? We should not be surprised if more mayhem, murder, and terror keep happening more frequently when there is only mental help for those who qualify for it.
