What is the minimum temperature you can bare?

There are some countries where temperature goes below zero and people adjust to that weather. Though in our country , temperature does go low but not below zero and i am just used to weather conditions with low temperature of somewhere around 18-20 degree centigrade.But not below this level for sure. I cannot even control myself when it is around 20 degrees anytime.I wonder how people can adjust to below 10 degree centigrade ? this will be too much for anyone

In fact I went to a place which the temperature was under -30 degrees. I didn't think that it was really that frozen. Since it was so warm like summer indoors. Whereas in my city, it will be so cold for us if the weather is under 6 degrees. And it is cold inside and outside.
