Mulberry . @101 The leave is for raising silkworms, the leaves as their main food source. The leave collected and dry for tea. Contain minerals and vitamins and other values too. The tiny fruit when dark in clour taste sweet, children like to eat. But some cities have banned the planting of mulberries because of the large amounts of pollen they produce, posing a potential health hazard for some pollen allergy sufferers Have you ever eaten mulberry fruits, tasty and sour ?

Mulberry is easy to plant. Cut stem and plant. Young leaves can be eaten. Useful for strong bone, eyesight, collect leaves and dry for tea. Many uses.

@Chungshop I'm not sure if we have one here. Mulberry is not popular in my country.

I've never eaten mulberries before. I'm not sure when I'll try some. If the mulberries are causing people to have severe allergies then I can see why a city wouldn't want them planted.

It's not that mulberries cause allergies it's that people with allergies suffer more in spring when mulberries produce pollen.
