Frustrations, do you think its part of life? To make us stronger and determined to pursue things? I have a friend, her child really wants to be in police force, but she was denied because of so many reasons only the department can understand. They have been pursuing this but always turned into negative. I can feel the frustrations in them. But frustrations should not hinder them to go on. This should be the driving force for them until they succeed. Frustration can be turn as motivation.

They should not be affected with frustrations. Instead they should treat it in a positive way. God has better plans for us. Maybe God has better plan for your friend. Police force maybe is not for him. Who knows he can be a bank manger someday,

Dont be in negative , the old phrase is there to tell this situation " try and try untill you get success " so the same need to do by every one who faced this situation , all the best you try it and get it

The police department may have good reasons for not accepting her.

Im sorry to hear they was denied but yes I believe that this should not hinder them and that there is perhaps something better, something more that they was meant to do. Best of luck and bright blessings.
