Now for something completely different!

Well, I had this really interesting idea for a discussion but then I thought, ah, bleep it. Excuse my potty mouth. It seems the best way to get a lot of hits on a discussion is to come up with something completely random. One line "discussions" seem to do especially well. So here ya go: This weekend our family watched Zootopia for the first time. We all loved it. Made me think of you, @sol_cee. Whoops. That was three sentences. Now this discussion will be a failure. sigh.

@Genipher Why? If you can watch it for free unlimited number of times, why buy it?

@DaddyEvil Redbox charges $1.50 per movie, per night. So we'll rent a movie and watch it 2-3 times in a 24 hour period, and then return it before they charge us for a second night. It's not free.

Of watching Zootopia? We watched it twice before we had to return it to the Redbox. But now I'm sorely tempted to buy it for keeps.

Zootopia was a really cute animated movie, Genipher! I watched it several months ago! LOL! (I don't watch very many movies, but I like the children's animated ones the best, so I will watch them!) You didn't say in your discussion topic where you go to watch movies, though... Uhm... please tell me you didn't rent it or buy it, right? I watch it online three months before it comes out at Walmart for sale... I use this site that lets me watch it for free...

@Genipher putlocker.is Sorry, I haven't been able to see for the last two days. I am only barely able to see well enough to read what people are saying online now.

We usually rent our movies via Redbox. And if the movie is one we really, really like, we'll buy it. I'd love to know the site you're talking about...no fair leaving a cliffhanger like that!

Honestly I don't think one liners do very well.

Okay. I admit I was exaggerating a little with the one-liners bit. But I saw a post that shall not be named that had me flabbergasted at the number of responses it received. It was really a "nothing" post that I couldn't imagine anyone finding a single response for. But I guess I was wrong about what people like.

@Genipher A long time ago I took the decision to let the one liners wash over me. I was getting so irritated that I was replying and lazy people were earning off my annoyance. Now I just roll on by.

@boiboing I do the same. But sometimes, when I read them, I find myself gritting my teeth over the "agony" of it all.

I hope you really meant the Monty Python reference because it made me laugh!

@Genipher I thought that was him but I wasn't positive! Oh how I do love Monty Python!

Yup. Monty Python all the way. I know the picture is a little blurry, but that's supposed to be John Cleese at the desk.
