what a negligence on my part!

I had an insurance policy. The premium was deducted from my salary every month.That reached survival benefit and I got full amount plus bonus amount. Six months after that, that is, a few days ago, some one from that insurance office called me and told me that my premium is still being deducted! I had never noticed it. He was kind enough to refund the extra amount, which I got today! I was ashamed of my negligence.

Not really a negligence in your part. It's just that you overlook it because you're busy. That man is doing his job well.

Don't be ashamed of that negligence you thought but it helps you save more amount, that is a force savings anyway.

that is exactly what i am feeling now. I got a sizable amount, which otherwise were to be negligible.
