What's Next With Brexit's Newfound Independence from EU

PM David Cameron had resigned after the populist party representing the common people decided to vote in favor of leaving the EU last week. Will their exit be good for the country's socioeconomic reforms?
W. Churchill and M. Thatcher would be mighty proud of the fellow Brits who bravely voted "Goodbye!" to the EU system of government.

I'm not sure. Farage leading, making the noise, inspiring and or voicing out and uprising of the people's wishes for independence and border security for their country?

@MALUSE Populist, the people 'movement'. N. Farage, UKIP leader, stands with the people-populist voters/party who finally have a voice. Interesting to participate in these socio-economic middle-class independent populism voting EXIT from the control of the super power EU.
A.Merkel of your country Germany didn't do very well with your people for allowing illegal immigration, on EU's bidding, from the refugee crises.

Time with doing things about it to better the situation for the populist/people and country will. The exit is just the beginning of a good thing, in my opinion.

Churchill has always been pro-European, was interested by the Briand European project before WW2, and he established the Council of Europe in 1949.
I give you a link to one of his speeches in 1946 where he says : "We must build a kind of United States of Europe." He is listed like a founder of the European Union, and he would have told you like he did in the past "Les absents ont toujours tort" : those who run away are always in the wrong

And EU powers have forgotten and abandoned Britain's founding forefather and sovereignty. I can't speak for our British friends and citizens who voted "exit or leave". I'd like to know more.
We only wish success, sovereignty and moving forward into the great future as an independent Great Britain. You save a lot of billions of dollars every year paying EU, too, if that pans out correctly for United Kingdom. :-)

Really??? Margaret Thatcher's own ministers had Bragged that the EU, which her government not only heartily supported but had actually helped to design in its modern form, represented the “Thatcherisation of Europe”!!!

there was no populist party.
it was a referendum and except for ukip all the main parties supported remain.

Wrong term, I stand corrected. "Voice" instead of 'party'. But given the populist voice to vote in a referendum to express their decades-old skepticism and frustration with the EU controlling powers, it is time-- since Margaret Thatcher.

I think they are close to the heels of GREXIT which should not happen. The contribution of the British to the International Economy or politics is not appreciable The Greece has experienced the consequences two year back. We have going to see a similar show as that one of Greece shortly.
