New research has shown that making your brain do new experiences helps the brain achieve healthier state of mind. As I get older, I intend to sharpen my mind to its maximum capacity.
Number 2. Memorize poems, quotes, favorite passages, dates of certain historical timeline.
"In their group of participants aged 55-70, these researches noted that repeated activation of memory structures promotes neuronal plasticity in the aging brain."
Sounds good to me!
Creative lessons are a great way to learn, but memorization can still play an important role in learning, no matter your age.

I love writing poems and reading books. These days, I'm on review center to pass my teacher licensure exam.

@mariekomontealto You'll do great in your very bright future with teaching young, impressionable minds.

ting a bit frightening; but funny for my children to address me of my constant memory updating.
