I am trying to gather some stories or information on Cuckoo Clocks and World War II. My grandmother had a cuckoo clock after she visited Germany. She told me it reminder her of one she had earlier in life. I was thinking recently on why I started to repair the clocks and it led me to remember that specific memory. So now I want to see if it was a common thing for service men and women to bring the clocks back home after the war.
