Waking Up With a Smile Each Morning ...

I've told you that I'm on my new journey in life. I had weight loss surgery ... vertical sleeve to be exact. My surgery was done on April 20, 2016. I've lost a lot of weight, since. I won't get on the scale ...why? I want to wait, be surprised. I go back to my surgeon on July 15th. I will say this ... I have no regrets. I wake up each morning with a smile, excitement to run to the mirror 'to see' the difference in my weight.

That's wonderful that you have lost so much weight. I have lost some too and it really has made a difference to my confidence and outlook on life.
