Problem in uploading photos.

For the past two discussions I am having a problem in uploading photos. I don't know why. Is it because I am using my lot in mobile phone? Do you ever faced this problem?

I never use my phone for this.I cannot answer there.I am sure someone here will help you.Or Go Ask Alex about this
