People are always asking how they can manage their stress better, even I ask that from time to time. I have found that different things work for different people, only you know how to handle your stress because you are the one going through it. What I like to do is read, listen to music, something to distract myself from whatever is bothering me so I can calmly deal with it later. When I make a decision while I'm stressed, they are not always rational. If you are dealing with a stressful situation, try new things to test what calms you. Wait on it until you are calmer to make decisions because if your stress effects you then it has a high possibility to effect your answers. My grandmother always told me that stress won't make a change, it will just change you. I took her very seriously because it did change me, but I refuse to let it control me! Handling your stress can be easy, but taking control over it is hard. Just keep in mind that no matter what the situation is, something good will always come out of it. You have to have a little rain before a rainbow. I hope all of you find the best technique that works for you, no one else can really do it! Good luck everyone, and I hope that you have a stress free day :)

Light music, light chocolate, light jokes can reduce your stress, give them a try

I wasn't asking for suggestions...I was saying to experiment to see what works best for yourself, personally. Only you know what fixes your stress because you are the one going through it. I also don't eat when I'm stressed because it can become a bad habit.

That is a really positive take on stress..but for some of us, the stress seems never ending or gets worse. It is not good, because positive stress can be good, but continued day in and day out stress is not beneficial.

I know, and that's where I was standing a few days ago...But I refuse to let it control me, and anyone else can do it too, they just have to choose to try a little harder. Anyone can do it, if they can survive that much stress, then they can survive fighting for happiness. It goes both ways, I hope you are doing well, and if this metaphorical point is personal, I hope things get better :)
