"Adopt the of pace of nature: Her secret is patience" ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson Good morning. It's early still but I have chatted to Barry as he awaits his flight to take him back home and @crazyhorselady who is dying to get her hands on the yard! One could say I was catching some early worms just like the birds on my lawn out back. We have 21 Species in our garden. The harmonious coo and chirping makes for a beautiful notice to accompany my early morning cuppa. Peaceful thoughts, nothing to fuss about today but then my front door has not yet been unlocked. I shall try not to let any negativity in today, but just cautiously bide the pace. Happy day to you all.

She can afford to be patient because she has been around a lot longer than I have and will no doubt be around for a long time after me.

That's a lot of birds on your lawn. There can't be too many bugs left there.

I had watered the lawn yesterday so they were probably munching on some worms as well. Food is scarce in winter so they forage everywhere and my hubby puts fruit and seed out for them daily
