The most difficult is the editing part!

I get a bit frustrated just after I received the new format for the exam that I need to submit. I did everything ahead of time so I can submit it on the exact day of submission. But then, just a while ago, I received their email telling me I need to make some changes in my documents. Why did they tell it just after I exerted all my time and effort constructing the exams. Editing is the hardest part. I hope I can have more time to do other things but I could not because I need to edit again the format of the exam the way they want it to be. All I can do now is just sigh. Did you ever experience something which is the opposite of what you expected? How do you handle your frustrations?

Why don't you send it to me and I can edit it for you? LOL!

That is so kind of you. I just get tired because it makes my eyes tired staring in front of the computer doing those exams for the second time around.

@annierose Lately, our TWG secretary has been sending the minutes of our meetings and requested me to edit them LOL! She's been used to my making the report to the Board myself when I was still TWG Chair and also that of the Investments Committee which I likewise chaired :)

@sunrisefan Perhaps you are better than your TWG secretary when it comes to English language. I think the secretary can also edit the exam since there is no need to edit any items from there. Anyway, I cannot do anything now but just to do what they want but I do not think so I can submit it on time. They want to submit on time but they were the one late doing announcement.

I remember when I first submitted a manuscript to a publishing site and found I needed to have it a particular way. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to fit, not until I got their template to help me get it right. Now I have no problems submitting a manuscript for publication. I hope you get the editing done and get the exam submitted again in a timely fashion.

Thanks @just4him. It is a good thing if the format or template is given to us before we do a particular task so no editing is needed. I might be able to submit it during the weekend or next week. I hope so I can finish it fast since there are line-ups of things that needed to be done too.

If I do that, they will not think it is really me.

@annierose if I do otherwise then they'd think it isn't me.

if you submitted it 1 or 2 days before, would they have accepted it?

It is definitely true. That is the part I hate especially when I know I worked hard for it before.

The only choice you have is to follow what they want. It is somewhat irritating but you cannot reject them.
