A quiet day, disappointed that the weather was too bleak for further pub sign photo collecting, so I stayed in writing up notes on the creative writing events from yesterday, and more writing besides Facing potential eviction I contacted a leading homeless shelter charity by phone for advice, who told me there is not much more I can do house hunting than already in progress. They suggested looking at private rented accommodation though too, but that often involves close credit checks which I would fail due to my debts. My sister took my mum out for a meal, leaving just a note to explain why they were away from the house. At least I had a few hours free from their oppressive silence. With working Monday morning I went to bed early. Arthur Chappell

I'm seeing this for the first time. How does this story end? Did you find a place to live and a new job?

@arthurchappell That's good. When you are employed, what sort of work do you do?

Sorry things are still pretty bad for you at home. Let's hope karma steps in at some stage. Wouldn't that be good?

Hope something comes up for you quickly. A least they left a note so you knew what was up this time.
