The bread is in the oven!

The fresh yeast definitely did its job and made the dough rise. It was risen both times well before I expected it to be. I'm not feeling confident about the round shape of the loaf. The method I usually use is much more lengthy and intense and produces loaves that hold their shape well. This round kind of flattened out on the baking sheet. It is an okay oval for now but I just don't want it to spread any further. *crossing fingers* We shall see how it turns out!
