Please tell me my weaknesses !

Now I am requesting others to point out my weaknesses here, as you have noticed, so that i can or I will try to get rid of them, as early as possible. With this kind of approach, no one will get offended when some one points out a bad thing.
In fact, a black mark on our face is not visible to us but to others!
In the process of what is called as accreditation of our college, we the teaching staff were to list our strengths and weaknesses, we listed strengths but took the help of others to list our weaknesses!

By know u weakness can u get rid of it , try to find out u weakness and make it advantages to u life , it may change u too in time

yes, its a good thing to analyze our weakness especially collecting opinion from others. Persons close to us may not find fault on us. But we can collect opinions from persons who are at some distance from us.Also, I think we have to do more practice to get rid of our weaknesses.Right?
