I am interested in doing business. But, I do not want to invest on a large scale nor I ever a person to make an investment. It does not mean I never invest...but invest with some least minimum and the profit will be kept in circulation. This is the only formula I want to follow for my business... opening a small restaurant. Mornings, the weather will be very chill here. There will be people coming out for a morning walk. If I open a small restaurant with nice IDLIES they will prefer to have TAKE AWAY while returning home. Or, they some of whom like to have them standing there only after finishing their morning routine. Itdly is easy to make. It does not require any special recipe. What we need is Batter and hot steam. Many people make it. But, it is only the CHUTNEY or side dish that gives a good demand. If the chutney is prepared with some speciality and with a lift up to the taste of the public it can be sold like hot cakes. Recently, I learnt the preparation of Chutney also with many ingredients bringing it a good lift and texture. I wanted to employ it. As far as preparation of Idly is concerned I want to purchase it from the nearby hotel. They give 5 Idlies for Rs.20/-. I will purchase them. I will sell them 4 for Rs.20/-. So, I will be benefited with 1 Idly which will be a profit also. It saves my time; It minimises my expenditure on fuel It saves my transportation of the material The only thing I have to concentrate on is the preparation of side dish CHUTNEY.

Restaurants are typically one of the hardest businesses to run successfully. Most fail; at a higher percentage than the average I think.
