Washing a car will bring rain. Ya think??? I have known this one forever. Well, not forever, but for as long as I can remember.
I now call washing a car, doing the rain dance.
Wow, superstitious people really knew what they were talking about didn't they?
Does it always rain when you wash your car?

I am thinking of things my grandmother used to say. Her nose itching meant a visitor was coming, but that is another post, lol. I didn't know it was bad luck to be superstitious. I think it is good luck. Or maybe it is irrelevant luck?? Or maybe it is no luck at all.... LOL

Nope, hubby uses waterless car wash. I think it rains every time I think about mowing the lawn or going to plant.

Funny. I bought wind chimes and put them in the trees. The wind didn't blow for days, lol.

I don't think the car washing thing is a superstition. Right now with our weather it is wish! If it rained when we washed the car everyone in this stat would be out there right now doing just that.

It doesn't rain when I wash my car. It usually rains when someone wishes it would rain near me and I say 'okay'. :P

@cindiowens In two weeks a massive offshore system will form and smash South Carolina with tons of rain and damaging winds. Sorry, but I can't do finesse operations!

sadly such doesn't occur here, but the winds'll kick'p 'n coat'cher auto'n dust right 'fter ya put all 'way :(
