Do You Use Mosquito Net

Do you use mosquito net to protect yourself from mosquitoes? I,for one, don't.If I try to sleep in a mosquito net,I would end up changing sides and keeping awake for the whole night.Sleeping in a mosquito net makes me feel as if I am imprisoned. I burn mosquito coils to ward off mosquitoes. What about you?

We rarely get mosquitoes inside. If we do we spray them.

I use screens on my windows and have an entry way where I do the shake it baby in case there are any on my clothes. If one gets in the house go on a mosquito safari and kill it by pulling its head off or squashing its guts all over my hand. I'm really a nice person.

@else34 Maybe you should get some of the mosquito repellent plants like basil, citronella, lavender or scented geraniums all of them help repel mosquitoes.

@sofssu Yes,I am told that basil oil is very useful in repelling mosquitoes. If basil oil is used in a lamp,it repels mosquitoes. However never tried it.

Since I am living in a tropical island, I sometimes use mosquito net. I only do this in lowland areas. The reason, I don't want to have dengue.

@Shavkat,I can understand. But if you are not comfortable in mosquito net,you may as well burn a mosquito repellent coil.

We are not plagued with mosquitoes. There is no standing water to breed them, that I know of. What mosquitoes we might have probably get eaten by the bats. I like bats. They are very beneficial. I've not seen a mosquito in years.

We are not also using mosquito net because I felt so warm inside. What we did, we put screen in our windows and our doors of our rooms and we're using air con upon sleeping.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX,You are absolutely right. It's really a problem to get out of the mosquito net to answer nature's call or for any other purpose.
