Back Ache Blues

Do you have those back ache blues? It's so hard to tie your shoes. You bend down, and trouble getting back up. You feel like the Hunch Back of Notre Dame. Your upper back bothers you. Your lower back bothers you. Everything bothers you. You yearn from a massage or to take pain medication. Most of all, you wish that your back would take a vacation free of pain.

I can imagine, my better half has a lot of back and leg pain. I wish pain would take a vacation from both of you.

I have never had a real back ache even though I spend a lot of time sitting here at the computer lol.

I've had back ache at times. It's not a pleasant feeling.
