Doing Two Things at Once

My computer is finicky. You know the cat commercial with the cat who is finicky? Well that's my computer. It decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't. Having two tabs or browsers open at a time is never a good idea, until now.
I wasted a whole afternoon trying to get points on Swagbucks. Surveys are a bust. I couldn't get more than a few consolation points on Peanut Labs. So I've been watching SwagTV, but it takes forever to get a few points.
So I wondered what would happen if I opened both Chrome and Firefox. I need to use Chrome for Swagbucks in order to watch videos. Right now it's working. I have both side by side. Now I wonder how long my computer will allow me to have both open.
I did watch some great recipes on making guacamole. I never thought it was so easy. Though you will never find me putting peas in anything. Nor will I make beat chips. I can't stand either.
So do you do two things at once on the computer? Thanks for reading.

I couldn't do a single survey. I'm on Watch and am moving slowly to the first goal. And I mean slowly. My goal is 60 because I haven't been here a lot, but I have been the last few days, so the goal is growing daily again. I just have the two browsers open, not multiple tabs. I don't know what that would do.

@sugartoes Chrome doesn't like myLots, so can't do that here, but in order to watch videos, I need Chrome because I don't have videos on Firefox. Like I said, it's old and temperamental. It will be replaced very soon.

@sugartoes There's a place here for old tired non working computers I saw a few months ago. I know what street it's on, but I need to find it again. It will join the other computer that crashed back in November and the laptop I was pulling my hair out on until I got this one. I'm not getting this one fixed. It means I'll only have one, but that's fine with me. I have everything in Dropbox that matters.

I do hope the money works out so you can get a new pc soon, I would be beyond frustrated dealing with the issues you have with that one

@Jessicalynnt Thank you. I feel really good about it. I also went to the thrift store this morning to look at furniture since I don't have any chairs for my living room when I move. I didn't expect to find anything, but I did and the price was perfect, so it's paid for. I just need to get it home. That will be the fun part. I have two days to get it.

I didn't qualify for surveys and couldn't get past the first goal, but at least I made that yesterday and the day before. Today I'm having trouble keeping two browsers open, so I might not make any goals today unless I'm lucky enough to qualify for a survey.

I can only do myLot posts on Safari but not Firefox. No idea why that it is.

Today I'm having trouble with both Chrome and Firefox, but Firefox is still better. I've never tried Safari.

My computer gets like that sometimes, but for the most part, it's okay. It's getting slower and slower, though, no matter what I do to try to lighten the load for it. I do like you, open both Chrome and Firefox and I find that works better than having too many tabs open in either browser.

I have two browsers open side by side. One is playing videos and earning me points, and I'm here on the other, earning pennies. I don't need to do anything on the other one except to change videos when the one topic is finished.

I've never liked beets. My mother loved them, even pickled beets. I can't imagine. The thought is nauseating. But that's me. I hate them worse than peas and that's not saying much for peas. I was impressed with the number of ways to make guacamole and how easy it is. I'm considering making it.
