Are you good at getting referrals?

I am never good at getting referrals, and I don't think I will be a good promoter to sell my products as well.
I seldom talk about my online earning sites to my friends, as most of them do not believe making money online, some of them think online earnings are too little money to them and writing in English might be a challenge to them.
I just got a referral in ClixSense, and found that the commissions from referral are really quite attractive. The daily commission from the referral is actually much more than I earn daily from ClixSense, as he gets much more ads than I do. This makes me think, perhaps I should put some efforts in getting referrals.
Are you good at getting referrals? Any tips you want to share?

I think I do well if I announce it and invite people. Not really an expert at it yet because like you sometimes I just don't like to talk about it. Haha~
It's better to invite people if you're passionate about something because of course they will feel the good energy you have about it and so decide to join because of it.

Believe in what you are trying to get a referral for. That way you sound more enthusiastic and make it more believable.

No, I am not good at getting referrals too.
I think those who are good at getting referrals are people with a lot of followers in social networking sites.
I do not talk about my earnings online, and I do not want my friends to follow my activities online.

I'm not good at getting referrals. not because I'm not good, but it's because I'm not good at assisting someone else, I have short temper and I don't want to keep on explaining.. hehe That is the reason why I don't like to get referral,
There are times that if they commit mistake they'll blame you because you're the one who teach them

If people are interested in the sites you do and join and stay active it is nice to earn from them. I never get licky like that but I do love telling people about sites I enjoy regardless.

The most valuable thing you have with you in life is time. Use your time wisely.
For getting referral invest your time on getting referrals from those sources where you can find people which are in need of your product. Like, you can post about CliXSense on fb pages with objectives like: Earn money online.

Even though, I don't want to pay for getting more referrals.
