Bad breath is the most common not only among the old but also among the youth. When talking to others you feel the need to keep yourself away from the gathering as you are quite aware of your own defect of not maintaining good and healthy mouth. You will be searching for a remedy for this. Here it is; Floss your teeth if not regularly at least once in a week. Use a quality brush appropriate to your teeth. Some people need a soft one and some a hard one. It all depends on the alignment of your teeth. Rinsing your mouth gives a great relief; Scraping the tongue is always needed. It is not always good to scrap regularly also. But, scraping the tongue using a neem stick is highly recommended though it is an old method used by our old people. It is always recommended to brush the teeth during the night after your dinner . Old people will have this bad breath due to spoiled teeth which actually needs to be removed or root canaled. If they neglect in the early stages it may damage the other teeth also and the spread of bad breath will be more. Avoid eating sugar products after dinner. It gets accumulated and breeds the bacteria. If added to this if not brushed during the night after the dinner chances will be more for bad breath.
