ok another question about losing weight. Involves a kettle lol

ok so I love sitting in saunas. I used to go quite a bit with someone but we don't anymore due to her being all....not a friend anymore I guess you could say. She never used to really like it anyway. Wasn't her thing. But I thought about just going by myself. Would be sort of boring though to be honest if I sat there alone. But anyway if it comes to that, I will. But while doing research on the internet, someone on some forum said that she boils some water with her kettle, pours the water into a big bowl, gets on her hands and knees to lean over the bowl and puts a blanket over her. So the steam doesn't escape too quickly and goes on her tummy. I thought about it and thought it seems like a cheaper way to get some steam but would that actually work? Like you'd only be sweating from one area if you did that. I didn't read anymore into it. I don't know if she actually had any good results but she said she did it a lot. Is this worth a try or is this method too weird and totally useless?

Practically speaking it's not feasible. I mean it may work yes. But think about it. How many times are you going to boil the water and how long would it stay that temperature ? Then only to work on a single body part? Sauna doesn't need all that work, does it? That kind of steaming with boiling water we do here during congested nose due to severe cold. lol

@VivaLaDani13 After re-reading it again sauna still sounds much better. Besides that not a lot of work is needed in sauna. You just go lock yourself in a steamy room.
