Woke up about 5a. Went to sleep around 9p.
I am feeling stressed today. Need to call maintenance in awhile to see about the extermination.
Called the maintenance office about 9a. When she finally answered she said they were in a meeting and she would call me back. It wasn't until about 11a. that she finally got back to me. She answered some questions I had and then said she would call back when she had scheduled the spraying.
Josh is in a mood today. I was trying to talk to Cami about what we needed to do and he is being obnoxious.
Got a lot of stuff done and then Cami had to go help Josh with something. I wish he was as willing to help her as she does for him. She does most of the stuff around here. I told her I wish I could do more and she seems to be understanding. Glad she isn't manic or she'd be nasty about it saying she isn't my slave. I know it can't be easy for her.
Finally the gal from the maintenance office called back and said she had scheduled the spraying for between 10a. and 12p. on Wednesday. That will be fine. In triple digits this week and we don't have transportation to go anywhere. Just set outside until we can go back inside.
We haven't seen any for a couple of days. Hopefully that will remain the norm.
Weird thing about the bugs--Cami told me that the people who moved out of the apartment on our left were infested with cockroaches. The maintenance guy told her when he asked if we had seen any. Weird thing is that it was quite a while after they moved out that we saw our first one. And, they were not in the rooms close to wall of that apartment. They were along the wall of the opposite wall and the people on that side haven't had any. Yet. I think that is totally weird.
Clay(Cami's boyfriend) is in the hospital(AGAAIN). He has been getting shots for pain in his back and neck. His entire leg went numb.
Night all. I am tired.

@just4him .....That sort of proactivity doesn't seem to be in their budget. That is always their excuse.

@celticeagle good for you.
There is nothing that a restful sleep can't solve.

@allen0187 .....Partially true. I did sleep pretty well. Now, hopefully the exterminator will get here and we can get back to normal until the next time he comes.

@sofssu .....That's for sure. I had a car with none in it about twenty years ago. It was horrible.

@celticeagle Good for you. Without an A/c life is miserable in summer.

Bugs have their own way of traveling. Hopefully when they spray it will get rid of all of them and I hope they are also spraying that other apartment so they don't return. Sounds like they need to do a spraying about every two weeks for about a month. I think that's how long it takes for them to get rid of the larvae as well.

Yes, that is what they did before. Three times every so many weeks.
