Does the length/size of post bothers you?

Does the length/size of post bothers you? I have encountered all type of posts here. I usually like medium sized discussions to read. I do read a lengthy discussion if at all it sounds interesting.
How about you guys? What size of discussion do you prefer or do you like to read?

Too short a post doesn't usually give enough information and often indicates a simple question which only requires a few words in answer and doesn't lead to a discussion. Many long posts are interesting and give a lot of information but the author sometimes covers everything which could be said about the subject so that there is nothing more to discuss!
There has to be a happy medium somewhere but it isn't so much the length of the post but whether it is done in such a way that the subject is clear and leaves plenty of scope for other people to give their opinions, feelings and ideas AND for the OP to reply to them with more than just 'Thank you' or something similar. A discussion is not a discussion until it has both useful and relevant responses AND comments!

Yeah I agree to you. Also, your discussion was way to lengthy to be read. And yeah the discussion has to be on general topic because I had this discussion of mine about mushroom farming for which I just received a single unrelevant comment.

I like shorter ones, as they say, short and sweet, but complete. Not one sentence, or two, but six is enough. Longer ones that are so interesting can also be appreciated.

If I am interested in the post, I do not notice the length. I have no real preference, but I (sometimes) try to keep my posts to 2 or 3 paragraphs, in case myLotters find them boring, lol.
