At last I am able to drink Moringa/ Malunggay/ Miracle Tree water again. I have not drink this selfmade healthy drink for almost 2 years. I have missed this.
Have you drink Moringa water or Moringa tea?
A few years ago, I have found out accidentally that what I have in my garden is one of the super food on earth. I did a research about this vegetable tree and I was amazed that what we have in our garden has a lot of health benefits.
Have you heard about Moringa tree or Miracle tree?
Now I drink 2 bottles of infused Moringa leaves water daily and I feel good. Would you like to try it if you have a chance?

I eat moringga leaves because I have a tree on my backyard. I dont use it for making tea though since I eat the leaves already. I love mixing the leaves with bread dough, it doesnt affect the taste and it makes my bread more nutritious.

I drink lemon infused water but this is the first time I've heard of moringga infused water. You just placed the leaves in the water and drink it? Hot or cold?

@thelme55 I'm sorry to hear that.
Have you also tried Malunggay tea? I thought of it just the other day and tried some. I like the taste. When I visit my parents in the province, I'll dry Malunggay leaves. We have a very old Malunggay tree, older than my father. It's not only providing us a lot of leaves, but also preventing soil erosion as it's a big big treee.

What sort of health benefits does it give? I have not heard of this tree. Yes, I'd try it if I could.
I like to have a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice first thing in the morning. Well, I used to, until we 'pruned' our lemon tree a little bit too vigorously. We are still waiting for the next lot of lemons to ripen. Lemon juice in warm water is supposed to be good for you too.

I also boil moringa leaves and drink the tea. Sometimes I blend the leaves to make a smoothie.
