What A Juicy Gossip?

Some people whatever places we are, they love gossiping other people. I hate this kind of personality especially at the working place. It is not healthy to dwell with such crowd. In my previous jobs, I strongly disagree with these people. In some cases, they are the ones who don’t perform well. At my points of view on this, I don’t allow these people to pull me down. It is not fair if the admin staff will entertain such gossips circulating in the company. I usually confronted these people to put off the fire of destroying the innocent lives. Can you deal with these people?

Gossipers don't think. They just blow out the words and laugh horribly.

I think many people mistake gossiping for venting. We ALL vent about others when they upset us or did something wrong to us, human nature. Many people consider this gossip-and it's not, it's venting.

Sometimes gossips result into hot arguments which I like to stay away from.

@Shavkat Even if the gossip is true, it still hurts the victim. What if the victim of "juicy gossip" is trying to change their bad ways, the gossip that is being spread around about him/her won't let the victim live down his or her past especially if it spread over the internet.

Juicy gossip is something that I won't listen to because the tables will turn and the juicy gossip will be about you. Gossip hurts the victim, the spreader of gossip, and the listener of gossip as well
