She called me at 5 AM yesterday morning with stomach pains, nausea and a slight fever. After talking to her a few minutes, I thought I had better take her into the ER and I am so glad I did!
She had a ruptured appendix and they scheduled her for surgery right away (in hospital time that means within 3 or 4 hours). I was so glad that my son was able to come to the hospital too. I thought he had already taken off for an excursion but he was still home.
Anyway, my daughter will probably be in the hospital for a few more days. To those who pray, please pray for her. She had a pocket of infection behind the appendix in addition.
I just came back from there and she is in pain and very tired yet with no appetite.

That was quick and wise thinking and action. I will add my prayers to the many others for a quick recovery.

You made the right and timely decision of bringing your daughter to the ER, otherwise, a ruptured appendix might have caused serious complications in her. Hope she gets well soon.

Ruptured apendixes can be dangerous. I´m glad you took her to the ER. They will know what to do ASAP
